Refund Eligibility

The request for a refund must be made before we give you a report. Once we provide you with a verification report (interim or final) no refunds can be given.

To request a refund, please contact your Account Manager. Provide the case number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and process it in a timely manner.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
